Operator and Contact

FateVoice is operated by Yuan Luozhen (袁罗桢) in his personal capacity. The Qingwei lineage is his traditional affiliation, not a separate company or legal entity. Refund inquiries: support@fatevoice.com.

Digital Products

Astrology reports are digital products. Once a report has been delivered, refunds are not available due to the personalized nature of the analysis.

Consultations

Live consultations can be cancelled and fully refunded up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

If you believe there has been an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.
