Updated: 18 September 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of fatevoice.com and the services offered on it. By accessing the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Operator

FateVoice is operated by Yuan Luozhen (袁罗桢) in his personal capacity. The Qingwei lineage describes his traditional affiliation and is not a separate company or legal entity. Contact: support@fatevoice.com.

1. Nature of the Services

FateVoice provides chart calculations, personality and timing analyses, and written consultation services based on traditional Eastern philosophy (Four Pillars / BaZi) combined with algorithmic models and human review. All deliverables are intended for cultural appreciation, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They do not represent scientific predictions of future events, and FateVoice makes no warranties or deterministic guarantees regarding accuracy or life outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the services. By using the services you confirm that the information you provide, including birth details, is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Analyses are generated from the information you submit; inaccurate input will affect the result.

3. No Professional Advice

Nothing generated or communicated by FateVoice constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice. For decisions concerning your health, legal matters, or finances, you must consult appropriately licensed professionals. Any decision you make based on the services is made entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.

4. Accounts

The services use third-party sign-in (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

5. Purchases, Delivery and Refunds

Paid reports are personalized digital content. A report is delivered to your account after generation and human review, and remains accessible when you sign in. Consultations take place as scheduled text sessions at the booked time. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Reports and consultation content delivered to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. The site, its text, design, and underlying systems remain the property of FateVoice. You may not resell, republish, or systematically extract content from the services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, interfere with the operation of the services, or use automated means to scrape or bulk-download content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FateVoice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the services. The total aggregate liability for any single dispute shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
